Back on the road again
2007 March 6
My desk looks a little like Western Europe threw up on it. There’s postcards from Rome, a smal canvas from Greece, a guide book to Dublin, Cantebury Tales in both modern and middle english. Plus the clutter of pens, library books about to be due… there’s nail files everywhere, I didn’t know I owned so many.
On Friday I leave for Dublin, and back and forth emails now tell me I will have even more friends in the locale for the little known feast day of the saint that drove the snakes out of Ireland. Right now, I’m battling my own evil adversary – the impending International Economics midterm – but that will be done tommorow.
Joyce, beer, and tons of green await me.
